A walk through the streets in Soho, Noho, and Little Italy reveal beautiful murals, a form of self expression for the people who live here. The smells that greet you range anywhere from clean fresh laundry detergent, beautifully fragrant floral scents, and Dial soap, to stagnant water, fumes from cars, and the lingering scent of cigarette smoke. As you walk through these neighborhoods, you stumble across community gardens, lush and fragrant, some filled with herbs and vegetables, a testament to the people here who take the time to create beauty in the middle of this concrete jungle. The High Line, The Upper West Side, and sidewalks and streets in between are all fascinatingly diverse, greeting you with different culteres around every corner, encouraging you to explore, to see.
